The Naples Junior Woman’s Club Scholarship Fund, is one of the Club's foremost philanthropic endeavors. Each year, the Club raises funds to help local students pursue their educational goals and take the next step toward their future.
Since 2014, NJWC has awarded 50+ scholarships and invested nearly $100,000 in student scholarships—turning the generosity and hard work of our members, donors, and community supporters into meaningful educational opportunities for local students.
Our scholarships recognize students who demonstrate more than academic achievement. Applicants are considered individually, with the selection process taking into account academic performance, extracurricular involvement, community and philanthropic participation, career goals, personal circumstances, financial need, and their personal essay.

Meet Diana Alas, Class of ‘16
“Receiving a scholarship from the Naples Juniors Woman’s Club made a great positive impact in my educational journey and helped me be able to attend the University of Florida to attain my degree in Digital Arts and Sciences.
Not only did it help lift off some of the financial stress that comes with pursuing a higher education but also motivated me to push forward during tough times because I knew I had other people rooting for me to succeed and that believed in my capabilities.
Thanks to the financial support of the scholarship, I was able to obtain my degree which opened up a world of opportunities I never would have thought possible.
I’m now back in Naples working for an amazing organization, the Naples Children Foundation, and helping other children who like myself, greatly benefit from philanthropy.
In addition, I’m now part of the organization that awarded me the scholarship and am helping give back to the community and contributing to programs that helped me be able to obtain my education and reach all of the goals I’ve set out for myself.
I’m looking forward to continuing to serve my community through both the Naples Juniors Woman’s Club and my role with the Naples Children Foundation.”
